These are the rules for using Mapp Technology’s website and services. By using our site or working with us, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve written them plainly so there’s no confusion about what we’re both agreeing to.

Mapp Technology is a data clarity and operational consulting firm for small and mid-sized businesses. We offer services including the Data Clarity Sprint, Insights & Systems Builder, and Fractional Data Officer — as well as a client portal where you can access your project work.

Our services are intended for US-based users. If you access our site from outside the US, you do so on your own and are responsible for complying with your local laws.

Everything on our website — text, graphics, logos, blog posts, service descriptions — belongs to CND Enterprises LLC and is protected by copyright law. You’re welcome to read and use it for your own business purposes, but you can’t copy, reproduce, or sell it without our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions about our services, you’re giving us permission to use those ideas freely. We appreciate the input.

We create your client portal account and give you login credentials directly. You’re responsible for keeping those credentials secure. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know at support@mapptechnology.com right away.

Please make sure the information you provide to us is accurate and up to date. We may close accounts with false information.

When using our website and services, please don’t:

Any files or documents you upload to your client portal remain yours. You keep full ownership of everything you share with us. We only use your content to deliver the services you’ve hired us for — nothing else.

By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to share it with us. You’re responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you send our way.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are in US dollars and processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. We never store your card details.

Subscriptions don’t renew automatically — we’ll reach out before your subscription period ends to discuss renewal. You can also contact us anytime to renew or make changes.

To cancel your subscription or request a refund, just email us at support@mapptechnology.com. We handle every request individually and will work with you to find a fair resolution. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to what you’ve paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

We use AI tools — including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Google NotebookLM — as part of how we deliver consulting work. Your business data may be processed through these platforms. By using our services, you’re acknowledging that.

If you’d prefer we not use AI tools when working with your data, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Our website may link to other sites — in blog posts, resources, and elsewhere. Those links are there for your convenience. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We work hard to deliver accurate, high-quality consulting and data services. That said, we can’t guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Our services are provided as-is, and you should use your own judgment when acting on our recommendations, reports, or dashboards.

If something goes wrong, the most we can owe you is what you’ve paid us in the 6 months before the issue arose. We’re not liable for indirect losses — things like lost profits, lost data, or business disruption — even if we knew they were possible.

Some states don’t allow these kinds of limitations, so this may not apply fully depending on where you’re located.

If a disagreement comes up between us, we ask that you reach out first so we can try to work it out directly. We’ll make every effort to resolve things fairly and quickly.

If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will go to binding arbitration in Prince George’s County, Maryland, under Maryland law. Arbitration happens on an individual basis — no class actions. You have 3 years from when an issue arises to bring a claim.

You can stop using our services at any time by contacting us. We may close your account if you violate these terms. If that happens, you may not create a new account without our permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
